Refund policy

Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

  1. Under Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the Goods.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision via an unambiguous statement sent to the email address info@profundum.co.
  3. The Consumer may use the withdrawal form template attached to the Consumer Rights Act, but this is not mandatory.
  4. In case of withdrawal, the Consumer must return the undamaged Goods (all packaging, wrappings, etc., must be intact especially the label on the packaging, which functions as a warranty sticker, must remain intact (unbroken)) immediately, no later than 14 days from the day they informed the Seller of the withdrawal.
  5. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods.
  6. The Seller refunds all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest offered by the Seller), immediately, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal declaration.

Complaints

  1. The Seller is obliged to provide the Customer with Goods that comply with the Agreement.
  2. For Consumers, the Seller is liable for the conformity of Goods under the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.
  3. Complaints may be submitted:
    1. Electronically to: info@profundum.co
    2. In writing to: ul. Józefa Ignacego Kraszewskiego 14/5, 30-110 Kraków.
  4. The Seller will process the complaint in the form it was submitted (in writing or via email) within 14 days of receipt.
  5. If dissatisfied with the Seller’s handling of the complaint, the Consumer may (in addition to ordinary court proceedings) use out-of-court complaint and claim resolution methods.
  6. For this purpose, the Consumer may:
    1. Request mediation by the regional inspector of the Trade Inspection,
    2. Seek assistance from the county/municipal consumer ombudsman or a social organization tasked with consumer protection,
    3. Apply to a permanent consumer arbitration court for dispute resolution.
